The Master of Divinity program is designed to prepare pastors who can serve effectively in diverse ministries and cultural contexts around the world, thereby building mission-driven churches.
I. Spirituality and Character: Spiritual and Character Maturity
1. Demonstrate spiritual maturity in a deepening relationship with Christ.
2. Have sufficient self-reflection ability and healthy interpersonal relationships.
3. Demonstrate sincerity, humility, servant spirit, and have stable emotions.
4. Demonstrated enthusiasm for evangelism and global missions.
II. Preaching: Impacting lives by preaching biblical and theological truth
1. Have skills in personal evangelism and outreach ministry.
2. Ability to preach spiritually inspired expository sermons and design effective teaching materials.
3. Demonstrate biblical accuracy, theological discernment, spiritual insight, and cultural sensitivity in preaching.
III. Pastoral care: caring for and building up the lives of believers
1. Have basic counseling skills and understand people’s emotions, growth and family dynamics.
2. Ability to train individuals and group disciples.
IV. Leadership: Leading and modeling an orderly ministry
1. Ability to formulate mission/vision statements and plan mission/goal-oriented strategies and action plans.
2. Demonstrate the leadership skills of a servant leader in the team.
3. Able to promote global missionary work.
The entire course must be completed within 3-5 years.
After students complete all courses, they will receive a Master of Divinity certificate issued by Dean Zhang Boli.
During the period of study, if there is a reunion point for classmates in the city where the student is located, the student should try to attend irregular reunions as much as possible.
Must have Internet access and master basic computer knowledge and skills (such as Internet access, downloading, Word operations, etc.).
Be able to operate and use online video conferencing software such as ZOOM.
Because this seminary is taught online, students must have Internet access.
Master's degree tuition fee: US$130 per credit (domestic house church pastors can apply for partial exemption).
1. Graduated from a formal four-year university with a bachelor's degree or higher, and an overall average grade of 2.67 (B-, or 80%) or above (please attach your university transcript when applying).
2. Be baptized for more than two years, have good character, mature spiritually, and have a clear calling.
3. Applicants must have recommendations from two pastors or church leaders.
4. Please attach two testimonies, the testimony of salvation and the testimony of calling (there is no limit to the number of words).
5. Complete the online application below and upload all required application materials, including testimonies, recommendation letters, and transcripts.
6. The applicant is responsible for uploading the signed recommendation letters in the online application below.
7. The passport-style photo may be JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF. Other documents may be PDF or DOCX. Each file must be 10 MB or smaller.
There are 69 credits of compulsory subjects and 9 credits of optional electives, totaling 78 credits.
The minimum period is two years and the maximum period is five years. You may apply for a one-year extension.

1. Complete 78 credits in accordance with regulations, with an overall grade average of 2.0 or above (C or 75%).
